Arctis bring big choruses and Nordic atmosphere to modern metal. Heavy guitars and layers of synthesizers drive the Finnish band’s songs, with Alva’s melodic vocals at the centre. Some songs get personal, some lift you up, and others reach for a more cinematic scale. Nordic imagery and futuristic, industrial design run through their artwork, videos and stage show.

Their self-titled debut was produced by Jimmy Westerlund and released through Napalm Records in 2024. Their first live shows took them across Europe supporting Apocalyptica. Festival appearances followed at Summer Breeze Open Air, Rockharz Open Air, Masters of Rock and Rock Castle.

Arctis are now releasing music from their second album, produced by Janne Hyöty and Christian Jansson of Sugar House Publishing, mixed by Joel Wanasek and mastered by Svante Forsbäck at Chartmakers.
